I'm in a bughouse tournament and my opponent keeps resigning for me.

This is obviously a problem. Whenever we join a game he just resigns. He's obviously in a bad mood, but he's ruining the tournament for me. Can't we put in some safeguards for this? Like no resigning before x move or something?
You can't fully get rid of these behaviours but there is probably something you can do. Like being able to change partner voluntarily at least once per tournament or more.
Obviously reporting him would be another way to go.
