never. it would be a fair thing to resing but ...
maybe chess.com doesn't answer because there's no violation of any rule. even if he's using his vacation time there may be no rule breaking so that's why they don't answer.
I have seen Team Match Tourneys in which the games have all been stopped after the 90th day and the finished games until that day have been counted only. perhaps chess.com can change the options for tourneys so that there's a possibility to prevent this from happening?
I-eat-guini-pigs .....thanks for the link....I think players should just play, be friendly and have fun....the comments billion thingy wrote, just sounds stupid to me

Andy, I agree and have banned this one from a group that I am admin of, as I don't want any part of this sort of bad sportsmanship in this team.... I hope other admins support this action and feel the same ;)
I am playing in a tournament and one player has held the tournament up for the last two years. Every game that he was not in ended over two years ago. There is now just one game left....there is a forced mate, yet still this player is holding things up.
I have sent him polite messages, and then wrote to chess.com for their comments... Neither the player or chess.com has replied. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
