Suppose I have a zone of 4 players and pass 2. In a tournament without tie break, suppose that the points are as follows:
PlayerA = 4
PlayerB = 3
PlayerC = 3
PlayerD = 2
Player A, B and C pass to another round.?. If not, How do you decide between B and C?

If you don't use tiebreaks, both 3s would move through. If you do, only one would, if they don't have tied tiebreaks.
Also, once a round is reduced to one group, that is the final round.
