Did anyone ever get back to you? I haven’t received any responses on my issue (Abandonment in a tournament) either. Maybe Help Desk was taken by aliens???
No one got back to me. I ended up scraping the tournament and setting up a new one and inviting again all those that had joined.
At least I’ve learnt from it that as good as chess.com is they aren’t very helpful.

If someone tells me they didn't get the invitation, I just send the link to the tournament.
Yeah I should have done that but I made the mistake of cancelling the original invite thinking I could send them an invite again but unfortunately when you cancel a persons invite it blocks them from ever entering that tournament.

Not sure about what happens if you cancel an invite and send the invite again. But I know that if I have invited a player once, if the player declines or you forgot that you already invited him, you will get an error message saying you already invited the player...
I had one who declined an invite by error but changed his mind. I unhooked the Invites Only option and then he could join.

The same thing happened to me. Once I removed the invite it does not allow the player to join the tournament again. Someone should take a look at this.
I have set up a daily tournament to start next week. 1 of the invited players said he couldn’t see the invite so I removed the invite to try sending again but now it won’t let me send an invite to him now. It had actually sent the 1st he just wasn’t looking in the right place. It seems like I have blocked him. by cancelling the invite. Please help.
