Seeking Team vs. Team matches with specific parameters

I know that we have filters for auto-seeks of online and live chess for individual games. But... is there a way to "seek" a team match? Either manually or automatically?

My situation is that I run some small groups (from 4 to 18 members), and I am seeking competition for them, at their approx ELO rating. They are getting great practice with each other, but now they need to branch out. They are all mature adults with a love of the game of chess, and they are learning as adults. You can see that these groups, although small, are very active.

One group is "Simple Chess" (friends and family):

If there are "leagues" within Chess.com that help broker matches between teams, that would be great to learn about too. Leagues might be a way for OTB (over the board) chess clubs to play each other online...
