I want to set up a tournament with players arranged by rating, I am going to have groups of 8 but I want the top eight in a group, the next eight and so forth. Double round robin, one move in two days. This way you play people around your own rating. How can I do that?

Like this maybe..

1000 to 1200

1201 t0 1400

1401 to 1600

1601 to 1800

1801 to 2000

2001 to 2200

2201 to 2400

2401 to 2600

Of course you could always do

1000 to 1400

1401 to 1800

1801 to 2200

2201 to 2600
