I want no help with the game but I have made the same evasive moves a few times now out of check. I have my opponent in a bad way also and if he lets up, I am fairly sure I can mate him quickly. He has offered a draw. is it legal to make the same moves endlessly or am i obliged to accept or offer a draw ? here is the link if anyone can answer without compromising the game .
