tournament should have 3 winners

Why does my tournament only have one winner (12(1)->1)? http://www.chess.com/tournament/sicilian-2-days-no-vacation

I see another tournament of the same size, but there are three winners: http://www.chess.com/tournament/babak--just-on-group--under-1800

Could you fix this for me, please? Thanks!

In tournaments with fewer than 13 participants, there are no (longer) 2nd and 3rd places.

The second tournament you linked to hasn't started yet: only 7 out of 12 have registered.

Another tourney that hasn't started yet.

It shows an image of a trophy for first place - but no images for 2nd or 3rd.

There will be three trophies awarded. Try to enter pictures of the trophies again. Seems to me if the pictures can be entered then they would be awarded.

Unless as artfizz indicates there was a policy change.
