I don't know enough what might be happening.... What is even going on when the TD has had their account closed for violating fair play policies? https://ibb.co/hDHgLWd
I have had questionable messages myself of being "kicked out" for sandbagging from the TD when I had almost all of my games forfeit in a round as "my rating was too high" after.
Is this type of nonsense common? What is the supposed next step when the TD has been quite literally thrown out for bad behaviour? Its not a small tournament there are hundreds of people involved.
This would be no issue if this was say a 5 minute blitz tournament but this tournament started in ... May?! It is a correspondence chess tournament. I understand this is run from the outside but should I just bugger off from the tournament? Will it even continue? If it won't and the TD has been banned etc why was the tournament not ... shutdown? Shouldn't it at least let the players know that the TD was banned and their tournament is well ... over?! If not clear this would be no problem at all in a 5 round 5 minute game tournament but finding out that the TD of the tournament you have been in for ... MONTHS ... has been banned for bad behaviour is umm ... well ... yeah.
I think a tournament normally proceeds automatically but your tournament had announced that high rated players would be booted between rounds.

Without a TD, that won't happen.
You should write to support@chess.com and ask to take over the tournament.
At the moment, under those rules, many players would be kicked out before Round 3.
