tournaments misplacement

I have had some trouble joining tournaments. Sometimes I am automatically kicked out with no possibility to join back in (the enter buttom is available, says i joined, but my name does not appear). And now I joined a swiss rapid <1199 rating and the app placed me in the Open rating. I am getting 8 rounds of serious ass beating here lol. Help! :D
