I mean the chess.com online tournaments (arena or swiss or daily)

ahh, the rules is basically: don't use engines to value moves

you can play it like a rapid or blitz game, the difference is that you can think more

you can find them after clicking the button "new game", there is a button named "tournaments", there you search for daily
