unable to move

3 times today, while playing a tournament and winning, I am unable to move my pieces but the clock keeps going. The opponent ends up winning each time. Suggestions?

There is a bug. They brought out a new version the other day to fix it.
In the future, you can report bugs by using the Contact Us link in Help on the app.
Happens to me a lot😡
