unable to move

3 times today, while playing a tournament and winning, I am unable to move my pieces but the clock keeps going. The opponent ends up winning each time. Suggestions?

There is a bug. They brought out a new version the other day to fix it.

Happened to be the other day luckily I switched to iOS and that seemed to reboot it.
