"Before teams lock their rosters are team admins allowed to remove any player from their team or the match who has a 20% or greater timeout percentage, or whose account is closed, or is suspected or detected multi-team-player. The removed players can not be though more than 10% of the total players (can be removed the 10th, the 20th and the 21th and so on. Can not be removed the 9th or the 19th as second removed). If more removed players, all of extra removed players will be declared as not played and the opponent team gets +2 points."
