We have updated our Terms of Service to reflect the growth of our platform, the introduction of new features, and compliance with evolving global regulations. - We have significantly restructured the document to reduce repetition and improve clarity, including consolidating regional privacy rights into a single section that now covers expanded rights for residents of Colorado, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. states with active privacy legislation.
- We added a detailed "Notice at Collection" table outlining specific data categories collected based on user activity (e.g., account holders vs. competitive players) and formally recognized the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for users who wish to opt out of data sharing where applicable.
- We clarified the limited circumstances where specific identification may be required. The policy now discloses that we may collect data such as Government IDs or Social Security Numbers specifically for verifying the identity of prize winners or complying with tax laws.
- We removed legacy references to the "Arcade Version" app.

We have introduced a comprehensive "Mass Arbitration" subsection outlining specific procedures for handling coordinated arbitration demands involving 20 or more similar claims.
- We have expanded the list of prohibited user conduct to include soliciting for harmful content, sharing false or misleading information, submitting abusive or false reports to our support team, and using exploits or bugs to disrupt the service.
- We removed legacy references to the NFT policy for not being applicable anymore.
