EL2012: DEADLINE STARTING NEW GAMES PASSED!
So, now have we passed 31st of October.
In Division 1 and 2 have all matches started up, while a few games not became started up in Division 3 and 4.

Summary
Unstarted games above will cause a penaltie to involved teams. Following teams will get penalties (-1 point): Team Wales, Team Latvia, BULGARIA, Chess Team Holland, Team Israel, and Team Luxembourg.
No games (even if some games started) and no scores will be counted for in any matches against the disqualified teams in Sub-division 4B resp. 4C.
The motivation to disqualifying Team Faroe Island is that they haven't started up 3 of 4 games, while Team MonteNegro haven't started up 2 of 4 games. It would badly affect the outcome in this divisions if we counted this unstarted games. It seem more fair to only count the games between the other teams that really have startup the very most of the games between each other.
