This is called the 1300 and under open. I want it to be fair, and i want people under 1350 now. Otherwise this tournament will probably be unfair.
Rating
I completely understand rating changes. You enter a tournament where you must be at a certain rating, and you go over. Considering this, It is OK if you are under 1450, but if you are over that within a week, I shall remove you. I want the tournament to be fair.
