Since my last attempt at this tournament disappeared under very suspect circumstances prior to starting, I'm trying again.

This is a 960 tournament for players who don't dawdle or intentionally drag out tournaments for years and years.  You have to have played at least 20 games, have had no time-outs, and make your moves at a relatively fast pace (<12 hours per move).  Vacation time is allowed, but please don't use it unless you really are on vacation and cannot access your games.

Rating range is 1200-1900 (standard chess).  I hope you enjoy it.

No Slow Pokes 960 Tournament - rebooted

tdbostick | Oct 7, 2011, 6:25 AM

If your interested in a 960 tournament that moves at a reasonably fast pace and attempts to eliminate intentional slow-pokes, please join.  Rating range is 1200-1900 (standard rating); you have to have played at least 20 games 960, have no time-outs, and move faster than 12 hours per move on average.

This is a reboot, because the last one I had disappeared under very mysterious circumstances just before starting. Chess.com can't explain the disappearance either.  If you had signed up for the previous one, please do so again, and hopefully this time it won't vanish.  The settings are exactly the same as the last one.
