Roman is back with a Bildungsroman on developing rooks properly. You may think it doesn't matter which rook to develop to the open file, but you'd be missing opportunities without careful consideration. In this over-the-board member game, White had a 50-50 chance to make the right choice. He chose incorrectly, but still went on to win after a blunder by Black. Oh well, it is better to be lucky than good!
