Hi from Nate!
Alex, you forgot to sacrifice your rooks or minor pieces. That's the problem you're running into.

Alex, your game against Jeffery chang follows my game against Mayhem_in _the_Morra up until move 11. Also you lost your game against Jeffery Chang and Myhem_in _the_Morra is losing against me. Coincidence? I think not.

Ok Alex, don't go back to the 1500's.

Davydov I will catch back up soon give me one more tournament and I will be over 1600.
His chess.com standard rating is 1349.
Ron Boger is about 1300-1400 strength and my new rating is 1601. Back over 1600's. That difficult hurdle!
It all started from me :)
@rybkashredder I got the colorful boards idea from Sahil.
Ron Boger is underrated right?
Oh yeah crosstables are up I think, what is your new rating?

its the hypermodern theory: fianchettoing bishops to counter at the huge pawn center. ex. d4 nf6, its umbalanced, yet black has equal winning chances.
I got the colorful boards idea from you and Robert. Against Jeffery he could have played 13...Nh5 and on Bxe7 he has to recapture with his queen and he gets a fair position so it is possible
I like the colorful boards!
In the fifth game, Couldn't have Jefferey played 13...Nh5!?
I guess he might have wanted to get me out of opening theory by playing a strange move order and avoiding my usual response to the English
it seemed so weird.
I asked him later why he played e4 if he wanted an English and his response was... Why not?
@z99j He was trying to transpose into a better english.
1.e4 e5 2.g3?!
what's up with that??
