I remember the excitment & anticipation in watching Neil Armstrong on TV as he took his 1st step off the lunar lander back in '69 as if it were yesterday. "First man on the moon", truly a title to be proud of. Yet shortly after that, you didnt hear much else of him as well as the others that participated in this historic accomplishment. A modest man, he & his wife raised three children whom basically kept to themselves. Learning of his death saddened me, but he truly had an adventurous life. Rest in peace Neil. you will always be remembered. At nine yrs of age when I witnessed you via TV, I will always think of you upon looking at the full moon.
