I tend to play e4 or d4 but I’m trying better options any suggestions?
Bro just trying to find an indirect attack to screw my brother over I like using King's Fianchetto Opening but I need another he is learning quickly

For some odd reason 1.b4 (Sokolsky Opening) doesn't get any respect by players, It might be because the chess engines don't like white after 1.b4 Nf6 2.Bb2 e6/ or maybe it is that there are some older lines that like black after 1.b4 e5 2.Bb2 Bxb3 3.Bxe5 Nf6 4.e3 0-0/ I think there are people who show more love for 1.g4?! even though black can show a forced advantage for black after 1..d5, although white does get to play some trappy lines.
