    I tend to believe such behaviour has less to do with taking chess seriously than with an individual's lack of maturity, insecurity and inability to comprehend that anonymity isn't synonymous with freedom from integrity. A player who takes the game seriously respects the game and his opponent.

    Flooding the chat? Offensive chat? Against the rules. -N- should have been banned at least temporarily from the chat (-N- must have got lucky and chess.com staff weren't looking).
