yes, black's 5th move is bad, as White's c3 pawn advances to d4 and clears its square for the best development of the Horse.   Also it opens up the "c" file for a Rook to bear down pressure on Black's position.

White should have played 12 Q to f2 to avoid the tactic u had on his center pawn.

Black's 19 exchange of B for Horse is very good to "simplify"....as the more pieces go off the Board when u r ahead, usually the more pronounced your advantage becomes !

very well played by Black !   congrats

White throws away 2 pieces for nothing.  Bxg3 is great, though its technically a won game if he won't resign this gets you that much closer to the end.

22) ignore the pawn.  try to find an assault on the king or a way to weaken him.   My move on 22 would be Ne2+.  king must move onto the a file (or he can toss a rook for your knight?), now loft Rc6 and try to trap the king in the corner.  Now its a race (and I am not sure if he can wiggle out or not) ... loft the other rook and pound the king before it can get away -- and there are multiple opportunites to either snag a rook free or force a trade which favors you.
