This is from my very first rated OTB game played at my local chess club. My opponent had a USCF of 1494 and I was obviously unrated. After forgetting to hit the clock my first two turns I eventually calmed down a little and managed to clear my head. Any and all constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated.

What is the blunder on 19. Re5? I don't see any immediate tactical shots for Black here.
