I am not sure that I was seeing as much as you do, 2 months into Chess! I am very impressed. I agree with Erik's assessment that your tactical vision is great and you need to work on the strategic/"positional" elements. Even though it is hard to tell from one game, I think that you should not have any problems getting there. I was also impressed by the fact that you did not leave too many pieces hanging (apart from the really bad 3.f3 where you could have lost the game).
One way to understand positional stuff, is to play through games of better players, not necessarily GMs, and then see what they DON'T do (that you would have done if you had their position). Usually they don't do what we do because of "positional considerations".
