Love playing the King's Gambit, especially accepted.  What a mess here though.  4.h3 is interesting.  What was the time control?  Must have been lightening fast for Black to play so badly.  Hard to believe it was a serious game between good players.  Brutal blows with the Knights working together is pretty slick though.

I'm just thinking about 4.h3. Not sure it's a good idea as g3 could become a good square for the knight with h6 and Kf6-h5-g3. In my experience, white generally has to contest the move g5 with 4.a4. 4.a3 looks like it does nothing about the black pawn on f4 and loses a tempo. I'm a big fan of the kings gambit with white, but if I can't break up the black pawn mass early on I start sweating.

I'm know expert in the KG but google 'Exeter Chess Club Variations of the Kings Gambit'. h4 looks like the Kieseritsky Variation (3...g5).

    Just some thoughts.

In this game black liked the gambit so much that it be played on white, but, only managed to pay dearly for such a mistake.
