Looks like it was an actual game he played, with 0-1 as the result of the game. Although, black is clearly losing at the end, like you say.

yes, 0-1 means that black is winning. Basicly meaning that it is a winning position for black :)
It's not, white is up the exhange and I don't think black has any tactical tricks.

Concentrate:
The start position is clearly winning easily for White, not Black
After a series of terrible moves by White, the final position is STILL winning for White. Never once has Black got a snowball's hope in this position.
0-1 is a delusion

exactly, 0-1 was the final result for Canada. ( this is a game that I was playing and I won.) so, please note that the move c3 is coming in.

4. QxR, then white is a rook ahead:)
but then, black could take also.
That's why white would be only a rook ahead:)
this shows that you must search deeper in to your thoughts to find the right awnser. And to show that the double attack is very imporant. I say that if you launch two attacks at once, the oponent can only get rid of one at lucky times.
the oponent only has one move to get rid of two tricks. Wich is the case in this puzzle.
Each time you see a good move, look for a better one.
