Draw offer

I have recently offered a draw and just been offered a draw, but I haven't been given an option to accept. Anyone know what the problem may be?

yeah

the problem is the other player king has no move to do

like:

his king is arrounded by you, but not checked and it is his turn

then he will draw with no question
