It would be nice to have a time stamp for the moves list for online chess.  Is this in the plans down the road?  Or does it exist, and I just don't know how to use it?

Hydroxide

Don't think it exists, I think it would be a good feature also.

onosson

I've never seen it, but it sounds like a good idea.

It's item #11 on the latest Wishlist

         Timestamp messages/moves in echess

Chess.com Feature Request and Wishlist #4

That's a MASSIVE list. We need to add a monitor to the bottom of that that allows us to see when the staff here are actually getting some sleep rather than doing all that.

Should we request a FEATURE ALERT that tells us when a feature is about to be / has been implemented? We would need a TRACK THIS FEATURE feature as well.

This is NOT QUITE AS DUMB AS IT SEEMS, since it could also provide chess.com with direct feedback showing the level of interest in any proposed feature.

One way of doing this would be to create a set of topics e.g.

WISHLIST 4 : 01 - Annotate games while in progress

WISHLIST 4 : 02 - Game management tools (download all PGNs, add offline games, tag, etc.)

Now that individual feature requests can be created within the Site Feedback & Suggestions category, using the count of trackers as a measure of interest becomes a real possibility.

Wow, these are all good ideas.
