What happened to the computer?

Something is wrong with the computer. I forked the computer's queen and rook with an unsupported bishop and I heard the "+ check! " sound. The computer plays shitty chess now and tells me I've made a mistake on move 2. Has anybody else noticed?

The opening move is always f3 now. Not varied like before.

I just destroyed the computer on level 10 on my first attempt and I'm not happy about it. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Sounds like a work in progress. I know they're switching from a Java based engine to something else that's supposed to be much more powerful.  Maybe they haven't given it an opening book yet.
