Coaching profile

I tried to create a coaching profile today, but (I live in Pittsburgh, PA) whenever I enter a valid postal code, Pittsburgh for city, PA or Pennsylvania for state, and United States for country, I get an error message of the sort "Invalid location. Unable to enter location on a map." Has anyone else had a similar issue or does someone know how to resolve this?

check mine and see if it is different at all, since I had no trouble. But i am not sure if I used grove city or pittsburgh when I set it up

I was told the feature will be phased out in another version of chess.com so the bug won't be fixed. Nothing to do about it now. :P

I am having this exact same problem for Los Angeles.  Are there any answers?

So what do you do???  How do you create a profile if it doesn't recognize any location you put in, but are required to put in a city?
