Im not familiar with the term "Troll". Do you mean spam information?
This is a TROLL Thread - Please Ignore

Phishing is very popular in Sweden.

Not necessarily. That comment can still be deleted, you know.
But I'll still be IBTL even if my comment is gone.

There has been some incidents. But I think thats a problem anywhere there is a market or a bankingsystem on the net.
Sweden has a quite good digital infrastructure so that probobly why criminals try to use the potensial of som naive people who are not used to how to protect themselfes.

"There is we believe some kind of worldwide minimum standard for phishing expeditions, which demands at least a level of literacy, a false bank log-in page and a plausible alert to hook victims.
If you really can't be arsed with all that, though, why not just throw out a quick email and wait for those intimate banking details to roll in? We're obliged to the Reg reader who was this morning delighted to receive this pitch:
From: HSBC BANK [benno209@gmail.com]
Dear valued customer Incidentally, there is an emergency shortlited varified problem in your account which there is a need to restore Pls send us all the enqiures of your bank account so that the varified problem will be entirely and stupidiously retrieve. Thanks for banking with us
And that represents the entire content of the email. No graphics, no links, nothing, save some exceptional English and a truly stupidious gmail addy. Make no mistake, this classic has been shortlited for bone-idle scam email of the year."

I recently recieved a cell phone call phishing scam! "Hello XXX Bank recently experienced...." And it was a bank that I do bank at. It was an auto dialer with numerical options. I didn't fall for it, but it was very convincing.

They just installed a new answering system at the clinic I attend. It asks anyone suffering from obsessive/compulsive disorder to press one repeatedly. If he or she is paranoid, press two but don't look behind you. If you have multiple personalities, have your alter ego, press three, four and five. And, if you have a self-esteem problem, don't waste our time.

(cont.) If you are having six right now, press six.

You're not confusing this with a zombie thread, are you?
I feel like one right now.
Just curious about:
1. can a thread self-identify as a Troll?
2. can a thread intended as humorous be a troll? e.g. "Chess.com is con because ... most of the people there can't play chess!"
