There are fakers, that's true. Who knows why that happens?
But I seen some really disgusting stuff that was posted to friends, and I have had to block a few perverts - they have all been Middle Eastern men. I mean, the Carmen Miranda avatar didn't even keep them away. Maybe it is cultural. :-\

My current avatar is what I use in my invite messages for Valhalla. Valkyries are, to the best of my knowledge, mythical. I would hope that guys realize that.

In any online community, you're going to get pervs. Anonymity and no real way to punish will let people revel in their fantasies. Blocking is the best you can really do. :\

After the Miss_Sunshine imbroglio, I was even hesitant to post this. Sunshine got flayed. It wasn't fair or right.
Could Chess.com develop a way to "shock" the stalker/abuser for misdeeds? Meaning send an electrical current to their computer, maybe, lol.
