NOTE: GM Humpy Koneru withdrew from the tournament and was replaced by GM Anna Muzychuk after predictions were sent. To keep things fair, we reviewed the final results using three tallies: one where Humpy guesses counted for Anna, one where Humpy guesses did not score, and one adjusted as a 7-player standings field. Prize winners were awarded based on their best result across those tallies. No action is needed on your end. Thank you!

The FIDE Candidates Tournament is the last stop before the World Championship - and only one player from each field will make it through.

In the open section, GMs Fabiano Caruana, Hikaru Nakamura, Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu, Anish Giri, Wei Yi, Matthias Bluebaum, Javokhir Sindarov, and Andrey Esipenko battle over 14 grueling rounds for the right to challenge reigning World Champion Gukesh Dommaraju

On the women's side, GMs Alexandra Goryachkina, Zhu Jiner, Humpy Koneru, Tan Zhongyi, Kateryna Lagno, Vaishali Rameshbabu, Divya Deshmukh, and Bibisara Assaubayeva fight for the chance to face champion Ju Wenjun

Who will be our two next challengers? Fill up the form below and send us your best guesses!
