Greetings everyone!
This is the Registration Form for "Qualification 45/45 Tourney #22". It is designed to enable our unqualified members to play in our Regular Tournaments. However, even the Qualified Players can play!
To register, please post:
"I want to participate! I read Our Mission & The Rules and I am OK with that."
It is also essential that you send your typically availibilities to Outpost. The data will then be transfered here in alphabetical order.
Those are by no mean a commitment by you. They will be used by your futur opponents when the time comes for them to offer you day/time for a game. The purpose of Outpost is to make sure you will be offered with decent times to play.

- Determination Of The Playing Day/Time: Discussion Between The Players. A Protocol Of Discussion Must Be Complied With.
- Mean Of Communication: The Players Must Use Their Forum Of Discussion. No other mean of communication is accepted. The TD needs to monitor all the discussions.
- General Considerations & The Rules: The Players Must Observe The Rules.
- R1: Starting June 30, 2025, by 23:59 UTC
- R2: Starting July 14, 2025, by 23:59 UTC
- R3: Starting July 28, 2025, by 23:59 UTC
Why a Qualification Tourney? We need to make sure all the futur participants to our Regular 5 round Tournaments are serious and reliable. Serious and reliable means:
- The players will quickly start discussion with the other player. The deadline for this is 48 hours after the pairings are posted.
- The players will use their Forum of Discussion so that the TD can monitor.
- The players will comply with our Protocol of Discussion.
- The players will do their best to find an agreement about when to play.
- The players will show up at agreed time for their game.
- The players will show good sportsmanship.
