We need players in all the QUADS, as we start taking the registrations even after a certain QUAD has started. So: (≥ 1900) -- https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/1900-74 --- Note that the actual intervals of ratings may not match their URL. I had to widen the intervals a bit and did'nt feel like I was going to re-do the whole things.
