Today we're back to Learning Demotion And Construction(LDAC).

Last time, we talked about HOW to demote and WHY to demote. But we didn't talk about construction. So today, we are going to talk about that. But first of all, I know I have been absent for a while, so maybe you would want to review the first part of this! Link below. (Hover over to see real URL. Opens in new tab.)

Now that you have reviewed, let's get into the construction stuff!
Section II: What Is Construction?
"Construction" for your club is how you make your club more attractive and appealing to your viewers. A catchy name will help you hook viewers. And a good description will make them more likely to join. But it's more than just that. Good quality descriptions/names are also important! Even more, construction for your club and even make people join because your club is just so welcoming, and/or the club has cool topics to talk about. Warning: A lot of club names are already taken. So you might need to think of a good name... And finally, one last note about construction before you start learning: PLEASE DO NOT COPY DESCRIPTIONS!
Section III: How To Start Construction
Part 1 - Name
You can start construction by changing the club name if you weren't being creative when you first created the club. But please DO NOT change the name if you think it is good, or else it might get stolen from other club creators trying to make clubs!
Part 2 - Description
You can improve in construction and your club by changing the club description. Review how to do that here (Hover over to see real URL. Opens in new tab):

Now, you know how to make the description, DO IT!
Set a catchy description to hook viewers. This will make your club very appealing. Even better, you can relate the name of the club to the description and try to make LESS about the club in the Public Description, and make MORE about the club in the Private Description. Again, you can review how to do that in the link above this paragraph. Using the public description, tell what your club theme is, and show what club forums you basically have. A good description would include a request to join, and contain some basic info about your club. For example, "Our club is ALL ABOUT CHESS! We talk tactics, puzzles, and other chess stuff here. Please join!". Making a long Public Description is also a good thing if you include other basic things, for example, the club permissions.
Section IV: How To Improve Construction
Double check your spelling and punctuation, make sure there are no rude-sounding words in your description (for example, 'JOIN RIGHT NOW' or 'YOU MUST JOIN'), and also check if your club name and description (both Public and Private Descriptions) are related to each other. If they aren't, you'll get something like, for example, club name is "Why Chess is Cool", but in descriptions you say something non-chess (never do that). Improve details in Private Description if necessary. Don't skip anything! Finally, completely read all the descriptions out loud so that you can catch errors, and make sure it sounds nice and descriptive.
Part V: Will Others See It
Yes, other people will be able to see:
- The Public Description when they visit your club but haven't joined yet.
- The Public Description when they get invited.
- The Private Description when they have joined your club.
- The Name of the club whether or not they haven't joined yet or already joined.
Other people will NOT be able to see:
- The Private Description if they haven't joined.
- The Public Description if they have joined.
- The entire club if they were banned.
- The entire club if the club was disabled.
Section VI: Publishing Your Work
Just press the "Save" button after finishing your hard work of constructing your club! This ensures that your work will be saved. If you don't see it, that means you haven't created your club yet (not recommended), so click the "Create" button instead of the "Save" button.
Thanks for viewing! See you next time!
