My Best Moves This Week

Today, we will look at two of my best moves this week. I posted a few times on my best games, but I decided to stop doing that kind of post because sometimes showing an entire game can get boring.
Just a great move can make a great game, but all that we need to see is the great move.
Both of these moves were from online rapid chess. Rapid is in my opinion, the best time control, because it is not so fast that you are barely improving your skills, but it is not so slow that it can get boring.
Move #1

This next move is unlike move #1, because playing this move didn't win me the game. It actually helped me draw the game. I thought that I was in a losing position, so I decided to that it would be a good idea to draw.

Later, when I analyzed the game, Stockfish said the the game was equal.

However, when playing chess, something very important to remember is this: You get to decide if you don't think you can win. Stockfish is a computer; us chess players are not. 95% of the time in a position where a draw is an option, you can correctly predict how the game would end if you don't take the draw.

Move #2
