How to get a completely attacking game with 1.d4

Everyone knows that 1.d4 is a closed opening, where white plays some boring variations in  lines such as the Lasker Defence or the Cambridge Springs Defence and can only play an open attacking position when Black chooses the Benoni or King's Indian or Gruenfeld.

But that's not true.Players who love to attck , but love 1.d4 can play the most fearsome gambit ever! The  Barry Attack is a very good practical choice and my favourite one.

Let's see them in more detail:  

your general plan in this opening should be to accomplish the e4 pawn push , as if you don't the knight will look rather silly on c3 without tha pawn on c4!!!
