Marathon Leads to Beautiful Endgame Geometry

Marathon Leads to Beautiful Endgame Geometry

This past weekend I played in the Open section of the Rochester Open 2022. I'm reviewing all of the games on the ChessGoals YouTube channel. The second round was against Eric Bell, an expert who I've played multiple times. We played the Catlan and Eric inserted a Bb4+, following the repertoire I created for the ChessGoals Catalan Course. All courses are 35% off during the game reviews with the coupon code: open

The game took 85 moves and was the last game to finish in the tournament hall. Stick around for the endgame because there's a beautiful endgame geometry with rook and bishop.

I'll be posting one game review each day. Hope to see you in the YouTube comments!
