A typical mess of confusing road signs at some strange city

When you come to the fork in the road, take it!

When you're driving in a strange town, confusion can be just around the corner.

Even if you might think you know where you are, where you're going and how to get there, you can get surprised. You're running late and all of a sudden you hit an unfamiliar intersection. Do you go straight, turn left, turn right or turn around? Do you even know where you are any more?

My blitz games are a lot like that. I'm constantly trying out crazy combinations of oddball opening moves so it always feels like I'm wandering around lost in a strange town.

Here's a position I hit in a 3/2 blitz game this afternoon.

While material is equal, White is lagging behind in development.

I'm not sure whose pawn structure is weaker.

If it were Black's move, it could castle queenside immediately and would likely do so while White needs at least two turns to move its king out of the center.

But it's your move as White. What do you play?

And make up your mind. Another driver behind you is blowing his horn.
