Interesting line in Scandinavian 2...Nf6

Recently I received message from fellow lithuanian chess player, with a reference to video of a new approach to modern scandinavian lines. People who read my blog might remember the line in modern scandinavian, where I explained why the line isn't favorable to black. I will now look into the lines presented in the video. I found this line very interesting, although I believe it is unsound when playing against stronger opponents, as he can very easily defend, making only logical moves.
