Gioachino Greco: Paving the way in an era
Gioachino Greco was an Italian chess player and writer. He lived from 1600-1634. Mikhail Botvinnik called him a professional chess player. He recorded 77 chess games and played all against anonyomous opponents.
Gioachino Greco was a remarkable player between Ruy Lopez de Segura(Ruy Lopez) and Francois Andre Danican Philidor(Philidor`s Def.)
