For All Members:

No Unapproved Ads: Please reach out before posting any advertisements.
Embrace Kindness: Spamming, swearing, bullying, and racism are strictly prohibited.
Respect the Mute: Evading mutes by leaving and rejoining undermines our community trust.
For Super Admins, Admins, and Coordinators:

Ban with Care: Only ban members who have clearly broken the rules, and consult me first.
Thoughtful Unbanning: Reinstating banned members should also go through me.
Mindful Muting: Mute only when necessary and with proper permission.
Guard the Gates: Avoid kicking members without approval from me or other super admins.
Stable Leadership: Promotions and demotions are significant—let's discuss them together.
Uphold Community Standards: Remove unapproved ads and inappropriate content promptly.
Chess Games: Coordinate with me before initiating any games to keep things organized.
Enforce Fair Punishments:

Three Strikes—Muted: After three offenses, a mute is necessary to maintain harmony.
Seven Strikes—Banned: We value respect; seven offenses result in a ban.
No Shortcuts: Attempting to bypass mutes leads to an immediate ban.
Acknowledge Exceptions with Compassion:

New Member Grace Period: Joined within the last 48 hours? Consider this a friendly warning.
Open Dialogue: If you feel unjustly treated, don't hesitate to reach out to me or @diamonds_and_netherite.
