Hi everyone,
I would like to build on the rules in the Cheating Forum and adapt them for this club. If you think anything should be added or changed, please let me know.

The main rules are:

No harassment towards suspected cheaters.
No spreading information of suspected cheaters to other friends and other clubs.
This is not a place to learn how to cheat.
Everyone is responsible for any report they submit.

The following topics or behaviors are not allowed:

Sharing sources or methods about how to cheat
Hate speech, racism, or ideological persecution
Threatening or aggressive personal attacks
Obscene or pornographic material
Offensive/vulgar language
Religious or political debate
Spammy/pointless/distracting posts
Hijacking of threads with off-topic posts or images
Discussion of illegal activities (drugs, etc)
Advertising competitive sites

For a group report, we should have at least three of the eight following:

Unusually high accuracy over multiple games
New account - less than 1000 games (or some other agreed upon number)
Suspicious move timing
Extremely high win percentage (example 97W 3L 1D in blitz)
Inconsistent rantings across multiple categories. (example 1800 blitz , 400 bullet, 600 rapid)
Obvious sandbagging (losing many games in a 1-5 moves, usually in a row)
Losing to their obvious alt account (similar user name)
Some other obvious form of cheating not mentioned above but clearly articulated.

When you participate in our community please remember:

be kind - treat others how you would like to be treated; they are human like you
be helpful - build others up, don't tear them down; everyone has needs
be forgiving - everyone has bad days and we aren't always on our best behavior; give everyone the patience and tolerance you would want
be tolerant - other people have opinions

We need to remember that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. I know this isn't a court of law, but it's a good philosophical principle. Only the Chess.com staff are responsible for deciding whether or not someone has actually cheated. The purpose of this club is to share information and decide whether reports need to be sent or not.
