Chess Variants International

Welcome to the official Chess Variants International [CVI] Club Site.

This Club specializes in extraordinary Chess Variants. However, some Tournaments in Classical chess will also be organized in the future.

Current Plans:

- The Amazon Jungle Cup.

- A Chess 960 Tournament.

- The Pokemon Chess Series [PCS]: For each Starter Pokemon, there will be an Open Daily Tournament of 12 Players (4 Groups of 3 Players each). The Winner will advance to the Final Arceus Torunament. The winner of this big Final will win a Prize. All Tournaments are rated with 3 Days per Move, no Vacation Time and Tie Break Calculation. The 2nd Tournament will start in July 2023 (The Squirtle Chess Masters) with unique Batches.

- Participation in the New Wave League, the World Chess Team Olympiad, the Team Match Championship League, the Thematic Matches and Tournaments Championship and the Knockout Team Match League.

- Friendlies against other Clubs.

For each Chess Variant, there will be an extra Forum Topic. There you can find an Explanation and maybe some Tips an Tricks in the Future.

This Club is currently under Construction. So it might be a while before things really get started here ^_^/
