i have encountered many quote-un-quote 'cheaters' today, not banned by chess.com, just suspicions, not naming any of them, simply squeezing water from stone somehow, and it would be great, and absolutely amazing if there was an option to have a minimum and maximum opponent account age while seeking games like for example minimum is a day and max is a month and it can be changed in settings

Every time I attempt to promote a piece, instead of it looking like normal, all of the icons are on top of each other. It’s also the same result with fairy pieces. Any idea why?

For some reason, I can’t see the moves(or play them) in daily game comments. The boards are just a default theme(instead of the person who sent it’s theme) and the moves are blank.This is one example where I can’t see the guys game

In my time, I have seen quite a few very large club owners banned for fair play, either permanently or temporarily. This can be really hard on the club, especially if they get unbanned and cannot regain ownership over the club, or if something else happens in their absence, like a ban attack.
Would it be possible (and I know that it sounds convoluted not to play chess on chess platform, but many people do) to add a way of banning people who have cheated from playing chess, but meanwhile still allowing them to continue using the social side of chess.com?

But all the king has to do is take the rook and he escapes checkmate. Or maybe I'm missing something. Perhaps there's an error in the translation.

There currently exists an issue involving the constant advertising of one’s own club in another club. I believe we should have a system put in place limiting the number of times you can post a link inside of these chess clubs. This would solve the spamming of links and allow members to enjoy the club without self promotion or at least a system that allows a limited amount of links.

When I'm playing a game I think the board is to big and exit full screen but then everything starts overlapping and then I have to switch back to full screen can you please fix these!

In Bughouse sometimes you cant move, even if your time is ticking, and all you do will be set in pre move (red square under piece you moved), i dont know what causes this bug and on-site friends hava also experienced this issue, if you guys can fix it, or tell how to solove it that would be greate.

Your gonna have to take my word on this but my opponent was completely winning and then he played this move which makes him completely losing but stockfish rates it as a mistake.According to the official textbook definition a blunder is a move that turns a win into a draw, a draw into a loss, or a win into a loss. In this case my opponent did the third. We have a problem if an admin abuses the power and edits forum and says smt like f word (sorry for saying this word in beta) or locks for no reason other admins would know it
Cause trolls can troll without getting detected

I noticed something unusual happening on the Upcoming Multi-Club Arena page on Chess.com.

I also confirmed it with another admin from my club, and he’s experiencing the same issue.

Whenever I try to invite players to this tournament, it displays the usual 500 server error message, but on reloading it I just get the same error message, even after the cooldown is complete. This has been happening for a few days now, preventing me from inviting more people. Is this a feature to prevent spam, or a bug? I have already invited around 3000-5000 people because they are in clubs I manage, so this might be part of the issue.
