Whenever I go into my notifications (I have the beta interface), and I select many notification to open them in new tabs to scroll through them, sometimes the notifications will automatically dismiss themselves when I click on them. I am not saying this is a bad feature, quite the opposite in fact. I am just stating my opinion that perhaps, in the future, Chess.com could implement a part to it where it only auto-dismisses the notifications once your mouse leaves the card.

It would be great if a draw offer from an opponent would show up as a full sentence to make it clear what's suddenly happening in the middle of a heated game avoiding the misunderstanding of "Did I accidentally clicked draw?" "Is this a confirmation of if I want to offer a draw?"The sentence could be like "XYZ offered you a draw. Do you accept it?" insted of just "Draw?" I also hope there's a confirmation for that too to avoid accidental clicks.(... in daily games on the web)

For a while chess.com has retained four modes, being Bullet, Blitz, Rapid, and Daily. However, there is no classical time control which is overall really disappointing. Before I start, this forum is not just another spam forum with really unnecessary and trash features. I genuinely believe that this could be a decent addition to chess.com. Most of us that have tried chess.com and lichess tend to prefer lichess for multiple reasons but the point is it's because of two major reasons: Lichess has everything chess.com has for free, and more. The more part, as an example, is the Classical time format. Chess.com needs a classical time format because that is the format that most tournaments use irl. 60m rapid does not make up for it. Without a genuine classical time format, people will continue to pick sites that actually offer the crucial format- over chess.com. I know this is probably something that chess.com has discussed, but I also feel as though it could be a really nice feature on chess.com... people having their own classical rating is way more valuable and accurate than the unreliable blitz, or even rapid, time control rating. Time Control: Anything above 30+0 Timeout time: (B+40i) x 0.1 as it always is, with it being auto in positions -3.5 or lower. Trophies: I would say 25, but maybe start with 20 and ramp it up.  Thank you for reading

To any tech experts out there: I recently opted in to the Chess.com beta. I've been running my current pc for years, including using chess.com, utilising the surround option for three monitors on my Nvidia geforce rtx 3050 graphics card. (I was effectively using all three monitors as one 5760x1080 desktop) Two days ago I noticed a small cluster of small graphics glitches on my left monitor whilst using chess.com displayed on my middle monitor: like a small cluster of about ten small rectangles that flickered when I moved my mouse. I then started getting them on the chess.com gui - this time spread across the whole window. I adjusted settings - switched off surround on the graphics card and things now seem to be running smoothly.

Dear Technical  TeamChess, We are facing an Issue for *TIME OUT GLITCH* ? Their is a Technical Glitch for the TimeOut Process in not Universally InBetween Game in Most of the Case's. As per Rules TimeOut should Apply After 30 Seconds for RAPID; 15 Seconds for BLIZE & 10 Seconds for BULLET is not Happening AllWays? Kindly Look into the Coding for making the Timer Universally Applied to all Games & not for Selectively to Players. the board color is strange for me, after we try a non-gameplay move in analysis.  i'd like toggles for what the board looks like, when moves that were not in the actual game are played.

Focus mode is rendered to the left on the screen without any margins under safari.  It would be great if it would be in the middle of the screen. Thanks.

i'm unable to draw arrows, to show possible moves and sequences, with just this laptop mouse pad??  

i have to move closer to the screen to read the game analysis lines, i wish their was a toggle for font size.

I was reviewing my game, and I was reading the feedback from the coach on the screen. Then, I realised that for 3 moves in a row for white, the bot said the exact same thing. On moves 41, 42 and 43 (from memory, do not spam comments if I'm wrong) Levy said "Hold on, hold on, their checkmate plan? It's still alive. Gotta calculate, my friend." Don't you think that Chess.com should stop bots from repeating the same line over and over?

i sometimes find games that are real, and i like the gameplay, so much so, that i'd like to offer another game as rematch, before the current game has ended. please and thank you

If the account is banned for 3+ years can chess.com just put -inactive on their username or just straight up delete the account? 

It would be great to see and access easily games that are waiting for the opponent's move in the Play submenu. I play only a few at once but some play 100s so could be selected ones, favourites, recent ones or longest waiting ones, etc... or all of them with another submenu. Food for thought. 

The Fix of the Day: Cannot play a game on chess.com 1. Check if you have Internet 2. Check if your browser is not blocking the site 3. Try closing and opening the app or site again 4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again as a last resort NOTE: Always contact support for additional help

I have been playing hyperbullet like 30 secs with a strong connection but suddenly chess.com brands me as reconnecting, so i check my internet, it says connected. Yay, but then when I check the app/site, i was lost in a rated game due to timeout or abandonment. Pls, chess.com fix this.

When i click on a notification, it does not turn off or disappear; how can I get rid of it?

We should have the option to turn off auto-emoji and just be able to write the emoticon.

Please give a darker backgound for text under Dark UI because it's extremely difficult to read eg  most of the club pages and Light UI just lacks of style.Thanks.
