I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but the voice for the Botez sisters coach is weirdly a combination of both of their voices spliced together? I would expect like 1 voice for say Andrea saying something, then the next time Alex but instead it's like a weird combined voice.Would it be possible to fix this or give them both their own coach voice model?

I was playing as white and got in checkmate, but the timer kept going, and chess.com just read it as a check. But I couldn't move anything. I ended up resigning so the random player could get back to whatever but what's going on here.

When you play a games of chess with increment , there ́s actually TWO increment : the bonus (used on chess.com and international chess tournament ) AND the delay (example : having ten second to play a move). I think that would be a great idea to add it on chess.com !

Why is the “this is not allowed” message showing up whenever you use a word on the language filter in a private club. Cc shouldn’t moderate language on a private club unless this happens to be a bug but I still haven’t gotten a clarification

When I add an annotation symbol (eg. ∞ unclear) in the chess diagram editor, after I click Post, the annotation symbol appears as a question mark.

It would be great to see something like the puzzle path, the one we already have for normal puzzles—added to the courses or lessons section.
That kind of step-by-step format gives incentive to buy courses on the chess.com site compared to the xp system on chessable. It could also have a many paths of "mastery" like a path for openings, endgames, or tactics for lessons and courses—so we could see our progress and try and beat our friends score.
It would make both courses and lessons feel more interactive and help players stay on track, especially if they’re not sure where to start or what to focus on.
What do you guys think?

I have a suggestion it would be cool if there was progress bar for some shown achievements on chess com for example puzzle addict you need to solve 10000 puzzles and if you don't have it when you tap on it it will also show progress bar for how many percent of it has been completed

There are six new chess.com coaches, as you all should know, but whenever I use them they don't read the comments after I solve a puzzle, unlike the old coaches. Is this a bug everyone has or just me?

Bro I try to improve my Elo by doing puzzles and change the difficulty to extra hard but it just doesn't work. Although people have complained about this before and chess.com isn't really doing anything about it. I am starting to wonder if these forums are even worth spending time on.

I try to play but then it doesn't send me into the game and when I try again it says "can't create a challenge because you're currently playing", it just happened right now.
