So, earlier today (May 5 2026) I upgraded from Gold to Platinum. When I go into my profile, though, it says:This date is off by 1 year 3 days, and that’s not quite the day I went Gold either. What is happening?

Hey People! I know this is could be a tough thing for chess, but if we incorporate it properly it will be very helpful. There should be a chatbot you can chat with after games, and only after games about moves and tactics. There should also be the chatbot in the homepage to help users navigate the app (Especially beginners). Lets here your thoughts on this!

I have a suggestion regarding the user search feature on Chess.com. Currently, when searching for a user, the results only include usernames that match the search term. For example, when I type “alex,” only users with “alex” in their username appear.My suggestion is to improve the search system so that it also includes keywords from users’ profile descriptions (bios). This means that when searching for “alex,” users who have “alex” in their bio or profile description would also appear in the results.I dont say do that fully but like we must have that opportunity

Hey guys, I understand how the homapage was changed cause it was harder to navigate but i liked how it showed how long until next daily puzzle. Can we add the timer back atleast

Site is USA and you use USCF rules English and ECF rules blah blah blah fair enough. But WAY better if it was the international FIDE rules (well you can use Lichess but anyway)

When I premove against a bot they just stop playing, and I have to reload my screen.

Replacing Ke7 with "The 7th”. Probably give like a chance for it to appear in the actual notation on reload. Harmless, like the table slam button.

So for the past few days my mobile browser DMs have not been working. I click on a conversation: nothing. I can still see the most recent message, but I can’t do anything else. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi! During 2026 Chess.com Daily Chess Championship I played a game which ended with conditional moves. Right now this game is nowhere to be found and link to this game is not working. Is it a common issue? Bug? Has it happened to you that when you add a sticker, no matter which one, when you go into a category like "friends" and then back to your profile, the stickers turn gray? Has this happened to you or is it just me?

it’s not allowing me to upload any pictures, like when I press choose file none of the pictures could upload

I, along with many of my other friends, are very competitive in chess. So we check the leaderboard sidebar in the friends tab very often. I noticed that some of those standings did not match up to the ones if u clicked on it to see all standings (screen shots below for rapid) It shows that @megustalaspenguinos has a rapid rating of 1285, but when clicked on the little arrow, she isn’t even on the leaderboard at all. Is this just me or does anybody else experience this bug?

the focus mode is bad and here are my ideas on how to improve it1. hide username completely because you might play someone 200-300 elo higher than you one time and then next week you play that someone again and you become scared since you might remember the username even when in focus mode and you probably lose from stress and overthinking2. hide their title (if they have one) because more stress added when you are playing against them3. hide profile picture and flag since profile picture can sometimes make it very obvious for who you are playingthe blue circle is showing what should be invisible but it should look like this without the pre-game review and rematch and seek game thingit should also show the join date of the player and maybe an icon of their current league which the area i chose should be in the black rectangle or somewhere else if chess.com doesn’t like the placement areabasically the ‘gothamchess’ focus mode for TT but a tiny bit better

what happened

Greetings all,There are some matches that are randomly coming up on this account that are not played? (for example Team USA versus Team Canada)Notifications are turned on and are never muted; what gives Chess.com?!Two random matchups with Team Canada had been timed-out no fault to this account. There is care and passion in a matches played by this individual account. There have been 5-15% of incidents like this. Why?!

Earlier, I was chatting with my friends on the club notes. Then I casually checked the profile of a member who had just sent me a message. It even said "Just now." When I looked at his profile, he was last online about 1 hours ago... what happened?

so,I reported this a few months ago,but it reappeared againSo,when i play my first game,it takes a long time,and when i load in,i lose a few seconds in rapid.also,in bullet it takes a while to load and i lose like 10 seconds.can someone fix this?
