Bro I try to improve my Elo by doing puzzles and change the difficulty to extra hard but it just doesn't work. Although people have complained about this before and chess.com isn't really doing anything about it. I am starting to wonder if these forums are even worth spending time on.

I try to play but then it doesn't send me into the game and when I try again it says "can't create a challenge because you're currently playing", it just happened right now.
What is the cause?

There should be a mode (you can disable it if you want), that tells you the internet connection speed, as well as the stability of the connection. If your internet connection is fast, but very unstable, it should give you a warning telling you that the internet is unstable, and recommends you to not play at that time.
While it doesn’t completely solve the connection issues obviously, at least it tries to solve it.

Harder puzzles need more calculation and more time.And it's easier for us to do the wrong moves.I suggest harder puzzles should be higher valued,such as if +30 for a puzzle which has normal difficulty,and+40 for a harder one,+50 for and extra harder one,and so on.This would encourage users to challenge harder puzzles,because they can have more scores in reward.I hope that this forum will seen by the chess.com stuffs.

Hey beta users!
I think we all agree that some puzzles are a bit easy, so I think they should add a feature letting you scan your recent gameplay instead of them putting you in your elo range. As a 180 to 190 elo rated player, some puzzles have gotten too easy.
Hopefully this becomes a feature.

Should we make a win give more Elo is part of a winning streak? This could help beginners gain rating more fairly according to their real skill level.
The Elo gain formula could be:
ΔElo=K×(S−E)+Streak\Delta Elo = K \times (S - E) + StreakΔElo=K×(S−E)+Streak
(Note : I find the the elo formula on ChatGPT)

I think the rating you get for winning/losing should also be based on the accuracy of the game, not just how good/ bad your opponent is. There should be a reward for winning a game with 80% or more accuracy. This could be a new beta thing, where beta players can test this out. But I do believe that this is a good idea. If there are any flaws in this, I would like to hear them, and maybe I might come up with answers for them.Thank you!

Guys i had a problem the puzzles system is already broken a lot but i have faced a issue like that but i have question solving a puzzle only adds 4-6 points to your rating but getting one wrong delepets 20-30 of the rating so my request is to make it much fairer

When I win a bullet game(unless it's hyberbullet), I will have a +8 elo.
But when I play the 10s bullet, I only have +0-3 elo
Why? I think we should make it + 5-7 elo because that a win game.

well well well, there is a achievement about how many games you have played (like 1000) and i dont get it but i played almost 2500+ games of blitz, rapid and bullet. can someone help me ? (sorry if there's some orthograph mistakes, i'm french...)
