If you're a Spotify listener, you know how at the end of the year they release your stats: your top artists and bands, your top 100 songs, and even how many total minutes you listened to music on their platform.
I’m not sure if Chess.com has done something like this before or plans to, but I would love to see a year-end recap for my chess activity. For example, it could show:
How many minutes (or hours) I played this year
How many brilliant moves, great moves, inaccuracies, mistakes, and blunders I made
My most common openings
Which openings I win with the most
Which openings I struggle against
Maybe even fun milestones like longest win streak, best win by rating difference, how many en passants you did or biggest rating drop in one night…
I know there’s already a stats page that shows some of this, but having a single “Year in Review” summary would be such a cool way to look back at how much we’ve played and improved over the year. It would give players a quick snapshot of their progress and a little memory lane of their chess journey on Chess.com. Please share your thoughts on this on this idea!
