On live chess, I use the 3d pieces feature because that is how the pieces will be in an OTB game. However, a strange thing happens whenever I capture a piece. Either my pieces get smudged or his do and this is very irritating and makes it harder to identify the pieces. This is what I'm talking about: Please fix this bug.
Chrome 75 (Brave browser build) Windows 10. It actually looks cool though. Keep that change. I refreshed the page to see if this is some web extension thing, but it remained the same. I only have Google Translate as a web extension. Looks like a Beta-ish bug, am i the only one facing this "issue"?
Sometimes in live club matches, people register for the match but when it starts, they are often offline which leads to losses on their club. So, there could be a feature through which the server identifies the offline players and removes them from the match a minute or two from when it starts.
see game https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/3843432521 At the end of the game in time trouble 68. Qe3+ is a missed win and the best move for White, 69. Kf1 evaluated to 0.00 while the move 69. Kd1 evaluated to -M4. The evaluation for 69. Kf1 should be -M3 69...Qd2 70.Kg1 Kg3 71.Kf1 Qd1# This may be some weird time = 0.00 situation but White's move choice evaluations should be similar either0.00 in both cases or -M3 and -M4.
so i was chatting with one of my friends on the cchat feature and trying to play my daily games ( i have the approve thiny) and i have to exit the chat to click yes, and its getting annoying a bit when you have a ton of daily games (like me) also we should have group chatting
As we working getting global chat ready to release into the wild we have to clear the history once more. Just wanted to let you all know!  Cheers!

I'm used to using the "Cursor left" and "Cursor right" keys for navigating within a chess game. However, when I'm on a game page, e.g. https://www.chess.com/daily/game/226719762 and use these cursor keys, it often (but irritatingly not always) happens that once hitting one of these keys jumps two (rather than one) halve-move(s) ahead/back. (Firefox 68 / Windows 10) Has anyone else encountered this strange behaviour? (I can reproduce this bug by following the link above, then clicking on the "Moves" panel, then clicking on the first move and then hitting "Cursor right". The game then jumps ahead two halve moves. -- If I click once on the "Next move" button in between, the "Cursor right" key returns to its normal function (i.e. one half move forward).)
There was one game where I had a mouse slip and aborted it by accident. You should have a warning before aborting(or resigning or draw offers). Or at least an option to confirm those things in the settings
Hey, is there a way to hide the opponent's profile picture in Focus Mode?
This is a minor gripe, but I find the example score chart annoying as my mind immediately wants to process the visual image and I find it aggravating that the initial image is not relevant. To resolve: If the analysis exists or is going to be prepared don't display the example graph. If a user chooses the analysis report and does't qualify for the report only then present the example chart to illustrate the capability.
All titled players get a lifetime diamond membership upon verification. @omeed_87 who has the NM title doesn't have this membership. Is this some bug?

Hi, I had a really cool idea in mind. It would like to recommend introducing a tactics fight on chess.com where players can compete against each other on various puzzles. The same puzzle will be given to two players where whoever solves it first gets the point. The player reaching 10 points wins the match. Thanks.
I have previously posted on this and it may be in the works but I thought I'd post this to get some feedback just in case it isn't in the works. The proposal is to have the move annotation icons by arrange color with white's above the x-axis and black's below. Below is a composed example contrasting the 2 approaches. Note the icons can be larger and more readable and one can easily see who made what kind of moves when,
Just had this message when trying to click the new 2 Days button at the end of a game. Never seen it before. Is this new? I have 14 outstanding Daily games. I've had a lot more in the past! Can this feature be turned off?

What if a player is not able to play because of health? The player should give leave if it is not healthy enough to play. Then a player should be able to send the medical description that he/she is not able to play by the doctor.
I can't really pinpoint what triggers it, but it happened several times. Sometimes after getting a puzzle wrong, it doesn't call the new buttons where you can repeat the last move or start over. Instead the menus remain from when you're doing the puzzle, except all the pieces are locked and the only option is to skip the puzzle completely. It would also be nice to see the puzzle rating and par time and all the other stuff after completion.

Could there perhaps be an option for showing arrows for variations in a pgn?Maybe different arrows or thicknesses for main, second and other lines. That way there is no need to look back and forth between the board and the notation and catch the moments where the paths would be diverging and instead see it all on the board

Assuming the person you're requesting a chat for is in beta...
Please note the semi-colon at the end of the URL of the match name. This is the third time that I've seen this and from two different clubs/admins. I asked the people who sent them and they maintain that there is no such semi-colon in their copy of the PM.
